HOW TO CHOOSE A PACKAGE
Tier size follows porch size, not taste. The quickest way to place yourself is to stand at the curb and look at how much of the entry a display would need to fill. A display that is too small for a wide porch reads as an afterthought, and one that is too large for a stoop swallows the walkway.
A narrow stoop or one or two steps, and you like arranging things yourself
Delivery only. We bring 15 to 18 mixed-size pumpkins in orange and white plus assorted minis and gourds, and you place them. A custom design add-on is available on this tier for $75 if you want a plan to follow.
A small to medium porch with a landing and a few steps, and you want it done for you
The starter full-service tier. 25 to 30 pumpkins in mixed sizes and colors, 1 hay bale, minis and ornamental gourds, with professional design and setup included.
A medium to large porch with wide steps, and you want the display to read from the street
Our best-selling tier. 40 to 45 pumpkins including specialty and heirloom varieties and white ghost pumpkins, 2 hay bales, 2 mums, plus corn stalks, minis, and gourds. Full design consultation and setup included.
A large porch, a wraparound entry, double doors, or a long run of steps
60+ pumpkins in a wide specialty and heirloom mix, 3 hay bales, 4 mums, and corn stalks in a layered tiered arrangement. Design consultation, setup, and end-of-season removal are all included.

Custom quote. 80+ pumpkins in premium and rare specialty varieties, multiple hay bale groupings, 6+ mums, and corn stalks, in a fully custom layout and color palette. White-glove design walkthrough, setup and end-of-season removal, priority scheduling, and a mid-season refresh visit available.
STILL BETWEEN TWO TIERS?
Two things usually decide it. First, whether you want the design and setup handled, which is what separates the entry-level tier from everything above it. Second, whether removal should be included in the price or added on later, at $150 to $200 for the first three tiers. If you are close, take a photo of your entry from the sidewalk and send it to us and we will tell you which tier fits.
WHAT A PUMPKIN PORCH DECORATING SERVICE ACTUALLY DOES
This is a decorating service, not a pumpkin delivery. Outside of the entry-level tier, you are hiring a crew to design the display, source every piece of it, and build it on your steps. Here is the whole sequence, start to finish.
THE SITE VISIT
Every full-service package starts with a look at the actual entry. We measure the usable space on the steps and landing, note which direction the porch faces, check how much room a display can take before it crowds the walkway, and talk through the color palette you want against your door, brick, and existing planters. If a visit is not practical, send photos of the entry and we will work from those.
PUMPKIN SOURCING
We buy the pumpkins for you. That includes the standard orange field pumpkins, white pumpkins, mini pumpkins, ornamental gourds, and in the higher tiers the specialty and heirloom varieties that are hard to find in quantity at a grocery store. Sizes are mixed on purpose so the finished display has real depth instead of one flat row.
THE INSTALL
Our crew arrives with everything on the truck and builds the display in place. Large pumpkins anchor the base of the steps, mid-size pumpkins fill the risers, and minis and gourds tuck into the gaps. Hay bales and corn stalks give the arrangement height. You do not need to be home for the install, and you do not have to lift or haul anything.
STYLING AROUND YOUR ENTRY
The display is built around what is already there. Existing porch pots, urns, benches, house numbers, railings, and lighting all stay in play, and we design the pumpkins to frame them rather than bury them. Walkways, storm doors, and mail delivery stay clear.
ADD-ONS
Hay bales, ornamental corn stalks, and mums are the three pieces that turn a pumpkin grouping into a full harvest scene, and each one can be added to any tier. Wildlife and squirrel deterrent treatment is available too, which matters more than people expect once the weather turns and the neighborhood animals get interested.
END-OF-SEASON REMOVAL
When fall is over, the display has to come down. Removal and disposal are included in the Grand Estate and Luxury Manor tiers. On the first three tiers it is an add-on, priced at $150 to $200 depending on the size of the display. We haul the pumpkins, bales, and stalks away, so nothing is left on your porch or at your curb.
Fall is one piece of a longer year on your porch. If you want the same treatment for Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, or a sports season kickoff, that is all part of our seasonal decor service.
WHEN FALL INSTALLS HAPPEN IN MICHIGAN
The fall window here is short. Between the first cool week of September and the first hard freeze, there are only a handful of weekends of true fall weather, and the middle of that stretch is where almost everyone wants their display. Booking ahead is what gets you the date and the pumpkins you had in mind.
Get on the calendar
This is the quiet stretch, and it is the easiest time to pick the install date you actually want and to talk through a color palette without a deadline pressing on it.
Early installs
A September install gets the display up for the first cool weekend of the year, which is what most people are picturing when they think about fall curb appeal. The tradeoff is that the pumpkins sit through more warm days, so an early display benefits from a mid-season refresh.
Peak fall
Mid-October is our busiest week of the fall. Halloween-driven displays and commercial work concentrate in this window, so it is the one that fills first.
Late bookings
Late-season installs still happen. What narrows is variety selection, because the specialty and heirloom pumpkins are the first pieces to run short. We recommend booking two to four weeks ahead, and we can often accommodate shorter timelines.
Takedown and the switch to winter
Fall displays come down before winter greenery goes up. If you want both, it is worth scheduling the removal and the winter install together so the porch is never sitting empty and you are not chasing two separate dates.
